The chef is busy preparing meals before opening time for the restaurant which is also known amongst the locals as The Vineyard

The sign "cuso" (closed) still hangs by the door. Inserted in the door frame glass panels display an etching of grapevines. Against the trellis wallpaper hangs three dimensional grapevine with purple clusters of grapes.

The framed "still life" pictures of grapes have been chosen to match the theme

The tiffany lamp lights up the list of patrons reserved for the evening dinner. The menus are slotted on the side of the reception desk.

The theme of the vineyard has been captured throughout the restaurant. In the lounge a wooden barrel of grapes serves as a centerpiece as well as the trellis work and stained glass dividers behind the couch.

The well stocked bar is opened and ready with a variety of drinks.

The gold cutlery and fine glassware adds a touch of Tuscany richness to the place settings.

The tiffany lamps, wallpaper and the ivy planters set the ambiance of the restaurant and gives it a romantic atmosphere.

Fresh spaghetti on the drying rack and a tray of stuffed cannelloni are ready for the oven.

His passion for cooking shows as the chef spins his pizza dough in between sips of his favourite Pino Griglio.

The chef is ready to place the pizza dough onto the pizza pan and into the forno oven. The baked ones can now be boxed and sent out.

An array of delicious deserts include fruit flan,profiterole, chocolate gateau, apple pie and assorted pastries.
